At WowCartShop, we aim to create a seamless and dependable shopping experience for every customer. Transparency, accuracy, and customer confidence are at the core of our shipping process. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, packaged, shipped, tracked, and delivered. Our goal is that every customer fully understands the complete journey of their order, from the moment it is placed on our website until it reaches their doorstep. This policy is structured to answer every possible question a customer may have regarding delivery timelines, carrier responsibilities, shipping fees, free-shipping eligibility, and situations involving delays or issues during transit.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Handling Time: 2–3 business days

Handling Time refers to the preparation period before your package is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Transit Time: 5–7 days

This timeframe applies to most U.S. destinations and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier routing, or local operational delays.

Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 04:00 PM CST are processed on the same business day whenever feasible. Orders placed after 04:00 PM CST are processed the following business day.

Total Estimated Delivery Window: 7–10 days

This 7–10-day window represents the realistic and transparent timeframe for most U.S. customers.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Carriers

Partnered Carriers

WowCartShop partners with reputable national and international carriers to ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery. Our partnered carriers include:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

Each carrier is selected based on package type, destination, speed, and network availability. While customers do not select their preferred carrier, the most optimal option is chosen automatically to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibility Transfer

Once the package is handed to the carrier, the transportation and movement of the shipment fall under the carrier's responsibility. WowCartShop continues to support customers throughout the transit process, but physical handling and routing are performed by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Eligibility

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value, destination, and selected shipping method.

All applicable shipping charges are displayed clearly before payment is completed. There are no hidden fees, additional handling charges, or unexpected service costs.

Tracking & Order Status Updates

Tracking Number Issuance

Once your package has shipped, a tracking number is emailed automatically. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours and allow you to monitor your order in real-time through the carrier’s tracking system.

Tracking Visibility & Delays

If tracking shows "Label Created" for more than 48 hours, this may indicate a carrier backlog or a delay in initial scanning. Customers may contact our support team for assistance in such cases.

Delivery Notifications

Most carriers provide delivery-day notifications. Customers should ensure their email inbox is accessible and that spam filters do not block our messages.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customer Responsibility for Correct Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. WowCartShop is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Returned or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, customers will be contacted to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates “Delivered,” but you have not received your order, we recommend checking secure areas, neighbors, or building management first. If the package still cannot be found, our support team will assist in opening a carrier investigation.

Damaged Packages

Customers must report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the external packaging, inner protection materials, and the product itself are required for proper evaluation and claim filing.

Missing Items or Partial Deliveries

If an order arrives incomplete, customers should notify us immediately. Our team verifies packaging logs, weight records, and internal dispatch notes to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Limitations

United States Only

WowCartShop currently ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping options are not available at this time. Any future expansion of our shipping coverage will be announced on our website.
